Hi there and welcome to Freebie Hunters! One of our favorite pastimes in Second Life is scouting the grid for fantastic hunts, sales, events and gifts from all the wonderful creators. We thought we'd share the wealth and showcase some of our finds in this blog, with an emphasis on the goodies available in various SL events and hunts. We do our best to show ALL items from a hunt/event and in the manner the creator intended, but this is not always possible.

***UPDATE August, 2018- We are still finding freebie/nearly free items to share with you, but due to RL time constraints, a lot of what we find is being posted solely on Flickr. Home4Two Hunt

Home4Two Hunt
Welcome back Hunters! We're all wound up and raring to go this month, so lets kick off February with a look at the A Home for Two Hunt, sponsored by Eclectic Dreams Hunts. This was a GREAT way to get back into the swing of things for us - 30 stores, which makes for a nice 1 or 2 nights of hunting, loads of fantastic couple-themed items for your home, and a fairly quick timespan to get all the goodies as the hunt is only running until Valentine's Day.

We started out on this one at midnight on the 1st, right when they started, and even that early in the hunt we had very, very few problems. There were only 2 stores not ready to go, and I understand the hunt coordinators are aware of this and working on it. There is an official blog, as well as an in-world group. The official blog has all the store names, SLurls and hints, as well as information on any problems that might come up. All in all, this is a little gem for those of you who are home decor aficionados and definitely should be on your February to-do list.
