Hi there and welcome to Freebie Hunters! One of our favorite pastimes in Second Life is scouting the grid for fantastic hunts, sales, events and gifts from all the wonderful creators. We thought we'd share the wealth and showcase some of our finds in this blog, with an emphasis on the goodies available in various SL events and hunts. We do our best to show ALL items from a hunt/event and in the manner the creator intended, but this is not always possible.

***UPDATE August, 2018- We are still finding freebie/nearly free items to share with you, but due to RL time constraints, a lot of what we find is being posted solely on Flickr. Gothmas by Gaslight 2013, II


I'm back after some much-needed sleep and a chance for my eyes to uncross after spending yesterday glued to the computer screen unpacking and taking pictures of all the lovely things the Gothmas merchants were kind enough to send out.  Seriously - you do NOT want to miss this event!   I've strolled through both Gothmas villages and as much awesome stuff as we are showing off here in the blog, there is that much again left for you to discover on your own, not to mention Club Gothika's setup on Cursed.

Let's keep this short and sweet:

  • Event runs from Dec. 15 to Jan. 5th. 
  • Shops are located in the 2 Gothmas villages, one on Cursed (adult rated sim) and one on Sium (mature rated sim).
  • The official merchant list  HERE can help you find where your favorite stores are located.

Now go.  Shop.  Revel.  Have fun.
