Hi there and welcome to Freebie Hunters! One of our favorite pastimes in Second Life is scouting the grid for fantastic hunts, sales, events and gifts from all the wonderful creators. We thought we'd share the wealth and showcase some of our finds in this blog, with an emphasis on the goodies available in various SL events and hunts. We do our best to show ALL items from a hunt/event and in the manner the creator intended, but this is not always possible.

***UPDATE August, 2018- We are still finding freebie/nearly free items to share with you, but due to RL time constraints, a lot of what we find is being posted solely on Flickr. "Spring Freshness" Cart Sale starts @ The Wash


It's that time of year again, shoppers - The Wash is proud to present the "Spring Freshness" Cart Sale! There are over 85+ merchants taking part in this round of the Cart Sale event, which makes it one of the biggest Cart Sales they have ever hosted. The timing is perfect too - bright colors, new items, things to help sweep away the remnants of winter in your Second Life and get you ready for the warmer months ahead. Most items are priced at 10L and many of the designers have also put out a special 50L item as well for this round. There is a lot to see and a lot to shop, so we will be bringing you a look at some of what you can find over the next few days.

The Cart Sale runs from now until March 30th, so you have a few weeks to get down to the Wash and do a little retail therapy. =)
