Hi there and welcome to Freebie Hunters! One of our favorite pastimes in Second Life is scouting the grid for fantastic hunts, sales, and gifts from all the wonderful creators. We thought we'd share the wealth and showcase some of our finds in this blog, with an emphasis on the goodies available in the many SL hunts occurring every month. We do our best to show ALL items from a hunt and in the manner the creator intended, but this is not always possible.

An important reminder - All deals posted are subject to the whims of the item creators, and are often offered for a limited time (from hours to months). We do not guarantee the items are still available, and the creators are under no obligation to give anything.

Killing Cupid Hunt


THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to all the designers and hunters who took part in the Killing Cupid Hunt!  This was our first venture into the coordination side of hunting, and you guys were an absolute pleasure and joy to work with.  I couldn't have asked for a better bunch of people!

The hunt was a success, we got some good feedback from hunters and from designers who took part, and most of all - we had a blast hosting it.  This was intended to be a one-off, just to give it a try, but I think we will be hosting another hunt or two in the future.  We will definitely be doing something special to celebrate the blog's 2 year anniversary this summer.  Keep an eye on the blog, we'll be sharing more information as the anniversary draws closer.  =)

Again - we had a really good time running the hunt, thank you all so much for the experience!
