SL Freebie Hunters: Steam4 Hunt: 1-50

Welcome!

Hi there and welcome to Freebie Hunters! One of our favorite pastimes in Second Life is scouting the grid for fantastic hunts, sales, events and gifts from all the wonderful creators. We thought we'd share the wealth and showcase some of our finds in this blog, with an emphasis on the goodies available in various SL events and hunts. We do our best to show ALL items from a hunt/event and in the manner the creator intended, but this is not always possible.

***UPDATE August, 2018- We are still finding freebie/nearly free items to share with you, but due to RL time constraints, a lot of what we find is being posted solely on Flickr. Steam4 Hunt: 1-50

The Steam4 Hunt adventure kicked off on March 1st and is a great way to get out there and do some exploring in SL. The stores and sims are full of unusual, intriguing places to explore as you hunt, and the gifts are gorgeous. There are over 185 stores on the hunt trail, and the prizes for finding the hidden gears range from underwater homes to beautiful period clothing to full mechanical avatars. Along the way you will find a few minihunts and some riddles to solve as you figure out the clues given at each location. Grab your favorite hunt buddy and give this one a try - there is definitely something to captivate everyone on this hunt.
