Hi there and welcome to Freebie Hunters! One of our favorite pastimes in Second Life is scouting the grid for fantastic hunts, sales, events and gifts from all the wonderful creators. We thought we'd share the wealth and showcase some of our finds in this blog, with an emphasis on the goodies available in various SL events and hunts. We do our best to show ALL items from a hunt/event and in the manner the creator intended, but this is not always possible.

***UPDATE August, 2018- We are still finding freebie/nearly free items to share with you, but due to RL time constraints, a lot of what we find is being posted solely on Flickr. Supernatural Hunt: 1-40

Supernatural Hunt
The Supernatural Hunt kicked off on May 1st, and is an absolute must for anyone who loves fantasy in SL. The hunt is chock-full of great outfits, delicate accessories, and some really cool builds. There is an official blog that provides a list of stores as well as an in-world group for help with hints, so you should have no trouble navigating through this hunt path while you search for purple bottles, which bring to mind "I Dream of Jeanie" (or that might have been the Nick-At-Night reruns playing in the background while I hunted!). This was a smooth hunt, with no trouble spots when I went through. There is a nice, easy pace to it, and you will have a great time checking out all the stores, sims and intriguing little nooks along the way.

You have until the 31st to finish, so grab your favorite hunt buddy, and enjoy yourselves! =)
