Hi there and welcome to Freebie Hunters! One of our favorite pastimes in Second Life is scouting the grid for fantastic hunts, sales, events and gifts from all the wonderful creators. We thought we'd share the wealth and showcase some of our finds in this blog, with an emphasis on the goodies available in various SL events and hunts. We do our best to show ALL items from a hunt/event and in the manner the creator intended, but this is not always possible.

***UPDATE August, 2018- We are still finding freebie/nearly free items to share with you, but due to RL time constraints, a lot of what we find is being posted solely on Flickr. The Dirty Turkey Hunt 2
Its turkey time again, folks, and what better way to get your gobble on than to do the 2nd Dirty Turkey Hunt? This year's offering of bawdy turkey-themed fun is brought to you by the kind folks from Depraved Nation, who have pulled together just over 100 stores for a really fun trip across SL. We had no problems getting through the hunt, and there is an official blog with Slurls and hints and information about spots that are having issues, as well as an in-world group if you need more help than the blog provides.

Take your time on this hunt, you have all month to get it done and there are lots of great stores to explore along the way. The bottles are sneaky little buggers to find sometimes, but the gifts are beautiful and you'll have a great time!
