Welcome!

Hi there and welcome to Freebie Hunters! One of our favorite pastimes in Second Life is scouting the grid for fantastic hunts, sales, events and gifts from all the wonderful creators. We thought we'd share the wealth and showcase some of our finds in this blog, with an emphasis on the goodies available in various SL events and hunts. We do our best to show ALL items from a hunt/event and in the manner the creator intended, but this is not always possible.

***UPDATE August, 2018- We are still finding freebie/nearly free items to share with you, but due to RL time constraints, a lot of what we find is being posted solely on Flickr. December Cart Sale @ The Wash

Drop what you are doing and run, do not walk, to the Wash for this round of the Cart Sale! You will not find a better deal on holiday decor, festive clothes or shiny accessories anywhere else in SL this holiday season! Over 60 designers have come together for this 3 week event and they have created an amazing shopping experience.

Everything on the carts is 10L and most of it is transferable - which means not only can you indulge yourself in some holiday finery, but you can get all your SL gift giving needs met without breaking the bank! Over the next week or so, I will be posting a peek at some of the goodies available during this event, so be sure to check back for updated posts. Trust me - I have seen what they have out for this round and you do not want to miss it!
