Hi there and welcome to Freebie Hunters! One of our favorite pastimes in Second Life is scouting the grid for fantastic hunts, sales, events and gifts from all the wonderful creators. We thought we'd share the wealth and showcase some of our finds in this blog, with an emphasis on the goodies available in various SL events and hunts. We do our best to show ALL items from a hunt/event and in the manner the creator intended, but this is not always possible.

***UPDATE August, 2018- We are still finding freebie/nearly free items to share with you, but due to RL time constraints, a lot of what we find is being posted solely on Flickr. Springtalicious Cart Sale is here!

Its time for those winter blues to melt away, replaced by spring showers, new flowers, and all things wonderful at the Springtalicious Cart Sale event going on at The Wash! That's right, bargain lovers - the spring edition of the Cart Sale event is open at The Wash, and they are chock full of gorgeous, colorful things to wear and decorate your personal spaces with for this new season. There are about 60 or so merchants participating in the event this round, and as usual with the Cart Sales, all items are 10L. There are also a few special 50L items scattered in there as well - but either way, you can shop 'til you drop and not break your piggy bank getting yourself all kinds of new pretties for the spring season.

I was excited to see more items for the guys this time, as well as some great stuff for you kidlets out there. Expect lots of color, lots of prints, and some really fantastic looks from the merchants this round. The event runs from March 29 to April 12th, so we will be bringing a look at what they have to offer here to the blog throughout the event.
