SL Freebie Hunters: Redeux

Welcome!

Hi there and welcome to Freebie Hunters! One of our favorite pastimes in Second Life is scouting the grid for fantastic hunts, sales, events and gifts from all the wonderful creators. We thought we'd share the wealth and showcase some of our finds in this blog, with an emphasis on the goodies available in various SL events and hunts. We do our best to show ALL items from a hunt/event and in the manner the creator intended, but this is not always possible.

***UPDATE August, 2018- We are still finding freebie/nearly free items to share with you, but due to RL time constraints, a lot of what we find is being posted solely on Flickr. Redeux

This is going to be a quick and dirty post long on photos and short on yakking - the 2nd round of Redux kicked off yesterday and they are absolutely overflowing with amazing stuff. If you belong to the Redeux group (free join), just about every designer participating in the event has put out a gift bag and in addition to the items they are selling in the kiosks, there is a pretty big gacha area just crammed with tons of great stuff.

Pictures below are for the gifts I scored, along with a peek at the very end at some of the great gacha items I was unable to resist. Most of the gachas were in the 30-35L range, so they are perfect if you, like me, cannot resist taking your chances on scoring something amazing at a bargain price.

This is a limited time event - it only runs for 14 days, so be sure to get yourself there before its all gone.
