Hi there and welcome to Freebie Hunters! One of our favorite pastimes in Second Life is scouting the grid for fantastic hunts, sales, events and gifts from all the wonderful creators. We thought we'd share the wealth and showcase some of our finds in this blog, with an emphasis on the goodies available in various SL events and hunts. We do our best to show ALL items from a hunt/event and in the manner the creator intended, but this is not always possible.

***UPDATE August, 2018- We are still finding freebie/nearly free items to share with you, but due to RL time constraints, a lot of what we find is being posted solely on Flickr. The Cart Sale 10th Anniversary Round, p.3

I have another basketful of goodies from the Cart Sale to share, folks! This round is running through the end of the month, so you have plenty of time to get out and get your shopping on.  This is a very special round for the Cart Sale: the 10th year that the Wash has been hosting the event, so we are celebrating in a big way all month long.

You will find kiosks lining the streets, filled with all sorts of 10L and 50L items. There is a Gacha Laundromat set up in one corner of the sim (follow the neon arrows embedded in the street or use one of the handy TP signs scattered around the streets) with all kinds of gachas for you to try your luck with if that is more your speed.  And if that wasn't enough - keep your eyes peeled for the pretty little green and pink giftboxes on most of the merchant kiosks - each one contains a free gift to you from the participating merchants to help you celebrate with us.
