Welcome!

Hi there and welcome to Freebie Hunters! One of our favorite pastimes in Second Life is scouting the grid for fantastic hunts, sales, events and gifts from all the wonderful creators. We thought we'd share the wealth and showcase some of our finds in this blog, with an emphasis on the goodies available in various SL events and hunts. We do our best to show ALL items from a hunt/event and in the manner the creator intended, but this is not always possible.

***UPDATE August, 2018- We are still finding freebie/nearly free items to share with you, but due to RL time constraints, a lot of what we find is being posted solely on Flickr. Peace On Earth Hunt 10, p.3

Here is another installment of the lovely gifts you can find on the 10th edition of the Peace on Earth Hunt. I'm going to keep it short and sweet tonight, because I am backlogging on several other events that I want to get up on the blog soon as well. If you are an old hand at POE, you know its best to pace yourself while you work through all the stores who are participating - you have the entire month and this hunt is one of the biggest in SL this time of year. It is definitely worth the time and effort, however, because the gifts are truly wonderful. If you are new to hunting or POE, be sure to join the group and check out their official blog for more information and hints as you work through the hunt path. Good Luck!
