Welcome!

Hi there and welcome to Freebie Hunters! One of our favorite pastimes in Second Life is scouting the grid for fantastic hunts, sales, events and gifts from all the wonderful creators. We thought we'd share the wealth and showcase some of our finds in this blog, with an emphasis on the goodies available in various SL events and hunts. We do our best to show ALL items from a hunt/event and in the manner the creator intended, but this is not always possible.

***UPDATE August, 2018- We are still finding freebie/nearly free items to share with you, but due to RL time constraints, a lot of what we find is being posted solely on Flickr. Nevermore: Pot O' Gold Hunt

St. Patrick's Day has come and gone for this year, but its never to late to chase a tempting pot of gold to see what treasure it might hold. The Nevermore Pot O' Gold Hunt is running until April 1st, and you have plenty of time to take a quick scamper through its participating shops to scoop up some goodies. The blog provides LMs for all the stores, hints for some of the stores, and we were able to get through the shops with only one minor hiccup - a single missing store. This is a short hunt, but it was a pleasant surprise to get to visit so many shops on it's path which were new to me and to get the chance to check out some great new places.
