Hi there and welcome to Freebie Hunters! One of our favorite pastimes in Second Life is scouting the grid for fantastic hunts, sales, events and gifts from all the wonderful creators. We thought we'd share the wealth and showcase some of our finds in this blog, with an emphasis on the goodies available in various SL events and hunts. We do our best to show ALL items from a hunt/event and in the manner the creator intended, but this is not always possible.

***UPDATE August, 2018- We are still finding freebie/nearly free items to share with you, but due to RL time constraints, a lot of what we find is being posted solely on Flickr. Black Cat Productions is bringing us a fantastic Gorean/RP oriented hunt for a limited time this month - the Three Moons Hunt. There are a little over 70 stores involved, and the designers have created a ton of fantastic clothing, furnishings and some really creative builds to tempt you along the journey. As with all Black Cat hunts, there is in official blog page with hints and stores, so navigating the hunt is extremely easy and if you get stuck, its a breeze getting to the next location. Be sure to check it, as they keep it updated with information about bumps along the way. You are searching for a moon, and let me tell you - that little sucker is very cleverly hidden at some of these stores! We had a great time on this hunt, the variety of stores was a nice mix of familiar faces and some new places to explore, so don't waste any time - this hunt is only here for 2 weeks.
