Hi there and welcome to Freebie Hunters! One of our favorite pastimes in Second Life is scouting the grid for fantastic hunts, sales, events and gifts from all the wonderful creators. We thought we'd share the wealth and showcase some of our finds in this blog, with an emphasis on the goodies available in various SL events and hunts. We do our best to show ALL items from a hunt/event and in the manner the creator intended, but this is not always possible.

August Heat Hunt
August Heat...the name conjures images of long, hot days without a hint of a breeze...sticky weather when your thoughts turn to ice cream, swimming pools, even the trusty lawn sprinkler for any way to escape the heat. This hunt delivers a ton of goodies to help you find that perfect moment of cool in the hot summer months. You will find wet suits to bikinis, hot tubs to country fields, kinky fun to candy apples on this hunt. There is an official blog with Slurls and hints, as well as an in-world group. We had no problems navigating through the hunt path, so it should be clear sailing for everyone at this point.

Grab a cool drink, strip down to your tiniest tanks and skimpiest shorts, and head out with your pals on the August Heat Hunt - its a great jaunt around SL and guaranteed to take your mind off the sticky weather outside!

    i found #7 it only has a LM in it to the next store. is there another hunt piece somewhere like they put it out as a fake? i cant find another one and i really want that dress :(
