Hi there and welcome to Freebie Hunters! One of our favorite pastimes in Second Life is scouting the grid for fantastic hunts, sales, events and gifts from all the wonderful creators. We thought we'd share the wealth and showcase some of our finds in this blog, with an emphasis on the goodies available in various SL events and hunts. We do our best to show ALL items from a hunt/event and in the manner the creator intended, but this is not always possible.

***UPDATE August, 2018- We are still finding freebie/nearly free items to share with you, but due to RL time constraints, a lot of what we find is being posted solely on Flickr. Indian Summer Hunt

Indian Summer Hunt
This was a really nice, short hunt which is perfect for doing in an evening or two. The Indian Summer Hunt showcases some old familiar shops and some new ones, which is always a bonus for us. The path itself runs fairly smooth. There are a few spots where we had to look up shops, and we had a shop or two with empty gifts or without signs/items. The gifts are really cute, well made and textured. There is a blog page with a list of stores, hints and slurls.

This is definitely a good hunt if you are short on time or just want a nice break from the killer long hunts going on this month.
