Hi there and welcome to Freebie Hunters! One of our favorite pastimes in Second Life is scouting the grid for fantastic hunts, sales, events and gifts from all the wonderful creators. We thought we'd share the wealth and showcase some of our finds in this blog, with an emphasis on the goodies available in various SL events and hunts. We do our best to show ALL items from a hunt/event and in the manner the creator intended, but this is not always possible.

***UPDATE August, 2018- We are still finding freebie/nearly free items to share with you, but due to RL time constraints, a lot of what we find is being posted solely on Flickr. Cart Sale Spring 2012, part 4

Cart Sale @ The Wash
The Cart Sale at The Wash is winding down - only 4 more days before they fold up the carts for another 6 months. We've got a final look at some of what is being offered to share with you guys today. Seriously - this stuff is only 10L. There are about 125 designers taking part from all over SL and its really a fantastically cheap way to get to stock up on designers you love and to try out designers who are new to you. There is stuff for the men, stuff for your house, and more clothing/jewelry than you can shake a stick at! The sim does fill up occasionally, so if you have trouble porting over, just give it a minute and try again.

The official blog has Slurls to just about every individual cart too, to help save shopping time if you are in a rush.

    Hi there - cart SLurls should be on their official page, which is linked in the post above. if a store does not have a SLurl on the store listing, it means they didn't submit one to the people running the official blog and you will need to actually walk around the cart sale to find the cart.
