Hi there and welcome to Freebie Hunters! One of our favorite pastimes in Second Life is scouting the grid for fantastic hunts, sales, events and gifts from all the wonderful creators. We thought we'd share the wealth and showcase some of our finds in this blog, with an emphasis on the goodies available in various SL events and hunts. We do our best to show ALL items from a hunt/event and in the manner the creator intended, but this is not always possible.

***UPDATE August, 2018- We are still finding freebie/nearly free items to share with you, but due to RL time constraints, a lot of what we find is being posted solely on Flickr. Update: March Events!

Hallo Hunters!

Its March 3rd already, and we haven't posted anything new in a few days - but don't despair! We have TONS of stuff being made post-ready as you read this.

There will be one more installment of the Cart Sale items at The Wash - I am trying not to post things here before they get posted on their own blog so as not to steal any of their thunder, so expect another post from them in a day or two.

I have a HUGE peek at what is available in the "Nature's Hunts 2 Year Anniversary Hunt: My Wish is Music" already photographed and ready to go as soon as the second batch of pictures is processed.

And....best of all...We finished "Twisted Spring 2012: Arcane"! I think I set a personal best time of completing the 170 stores and the End Game in about 51 hours, including time to sleep and work. We have begun taking pictures to post, but its going to take some time - the designers for Twisted literally went nuts with gifts this year - many places have more than 1 gift, LOTS of them have 5 or more, not including all the extras, side hunts, etc. The End Game also has more gifts this year - in addition to the usual treasure trove at the very end, there are additional gifts hidden in the End Game mazes.

So, don't think we're slacking off or have forgotten about you guys - its just a matter of actually having the time to get it all out of inventory and online to share!
