SL Freebie Hunters: The SLink Hunt

Welcome!

Hi there and welcome to Freebie Hunters! One of our favorite pastimes in Second Life is scouting the grid for fantastic hunts, sales, events and gifts from all the wonderful creators. We thought we'd share the wealth and showcase some of our finds in this blog, with an emphasis on the goodies available in various SL events and hunts. We do our best to show ALL items from a hunt/event and in the manner the creator intended, but this is not always possible.

***UPDATE August, 2018- We are still finding freebie/nearly free items to share with you, but due to RL time constraints, a lot of what we find is being posted solely on Flickr. The SLink Hunt

The awesome folks who brought us last year's The Wicked Hunt have done it again, this time with The SLink Hunt. This is a small grid-wide hunt devoted entirely to tattoos. Thanos and I had a great time doing this hunt on Saturday - a lot of the stores were new to us and we both love tats, so we spent the afternoon happily poking around and indulging in a little spur of the moment shopping while we worked through the hunt path. Almost every single item is unisex, with only a couple items differentiating between his and hers, so there is plenty here for you guys to enjoy as well.

The hunt path is super easy - every store has signs up and is clearly marked, every LM was working perfectly, and the hints from the official blog were right on. If tattoos are your thing, you do not want to miss this hunt.
