Hi there and welcome to Freebie Hunters! One of our favorite pastimes in Second Life is scouting the grid for fantastic hunts, sales, events and gifts from all the wonderful creators. We thought we'd share the wealth and showcase some of our finds in this blog, with an emphasis on the goodies available in various SL events and hunts. We do our best to show ALL items from a hunt/event and in the manner the creator intended, but this is not always possible.

***UPDATE August, 2018- We are still finding freebie/nearly free items to share with you, but due to RL time constraints, a lot of what we find is being posted solely on Flickr. World Goth Fair 2012, pt. 2

World Goth Fair

We have all kinds of goodies to share with you tonight from the World Goth Fair going on at the Cursed and Dark Eternity sims right now! There are roughly 75 stores taking part and the booths are full of great items and gorgeous clothes. Each sim has a gacha tent filled with even more good stuff at great prices and a portion of gacha sales go to the charity as well! Proceeds from the charity sales go to the Sophie Lancaster Foundation, an organization dedicated to ending prejudice, hatred and intolerance. On May 22nd, World Goth Day, there will be additional events going on at Club Gothika on the Cursed sim from 3pm to 3am. This is a really fun event for a really good cause, so come on down and help out!

    Beautiful pics on the InSpired Designs outfits. Thanks very much for posting them. I daresay you two wear them better than my male model and I do. :)

    I wanted to point out to the readers that the white spots on the upper ladies' boots are a tintable skin texture, with a scripted texture changer.
