Hi there and welcome to Freebie Hunters! One of our favorite pastimes in Second Life is scouting the grid for fantastic hunts, sales, events and gifts from all the wonderful creators. We thought we'd share the wealth and showcase some of our finds in this blog, with an emphasis on the goodies available in various SL events and hunts. We do our best to show ALL items from a hunt/event and in the manner the creator intended, but this is not always possible.

***UPDATE August, 2018- We are still finding freebie/nearly free items to share with you, but due to RL time constraints, a lot of what we find is being posted solely on Flickr. Who's Your Daddy Hunt

Who's Your Daddy Hunt
We were looking for a little something to hunt over the weekend and stumbled into the Who's Your Daddy Hunt being hosted by Sweet Surprizies Hunts. The theme sounded fun - a hunt devoted to the guys as June is Father's Day month and at only 18 stores, it was definitely a hunt we could do in an afternoon. There is an official blog for the Sweet Surprizies Hunts, but there is very little information posted on it for the Who's Your Daddy Hunt. When you get to the first store, there is a box on the store steps for the hunt which gives out a NC with the list of store SLurls and hints. Be sure to pick it up - we found a couple spots that weren't quite ready and having the card made it super easy to navigate past these bumps. Also, they have the stores divided into 2 groups - stores 1-5 who are sponsors and then starting over again with 1-13 who are vendors. Each folder has an LM to the next spot so you should have no trouble, but if you do use the notecard, pay attention to where you are so you don't end up missing a store!
