Its that time of year again, folks, and Gothmas by Gaslight has decided to shake things up a bit with a new format for their third year of holiday celebration. Instead of a hunt, this year they are going with a gacha festival. What's a gacha, you might ask? Its an incredibly fun way to get goodies - think along the lines of a gumball machine when you were a kid. You pay the price and the gacha gives you a random item. Best part? These things are transferable, which means you can trade with your friends for the colors/designs you want or don't have or you can give them as gifts (which makes it a great way to pick up a little something special for those near and dear to your SL heart this season!) or you might luck out and get one of the "rare" items (usually a fatpack of all the single items or a special version of the normal items in the gacha).
The Gacha Festival location is gorgeous - glittering white snow, ice sculptures, skating rink, etc. They really went all out in designing a beautiful area to host this event, so if you pay a visit, be sure to spend some time just looking around at all the lovely details that help create this winter wonderland. The designers are rotating items and there are new stalls being added/updated almost daily. We are showing only the tip of the iceberg in terms of items available - even for what we do show, there are often many other colors/designs available that we just don't have room for in the blog.
This is a great event so be sure to come pay a visit!
Dates: Dec. 15 to Jan 15
Cheers,
