SL Freebie Hunters: TWE12VE 1st Birthday Round

Welcome!

Hi there and welcome to Freebie Hunters! One of our favorite pastimes in Second Life is scouting the grid for fantastic hunts, sales, events and gifts from all the wonderful creators. We thought we'd share the wealth and showcase some of our finds in this blog, with an emphasis on the goodies available in various SL events and hunts. We do our best to show ALL items from a hunt/event and in the manner the creator intended, but this is not always possible.

***UPDATE August, 2018- We are still finding freebie/nearly free items to share with you, but due to RL time constraints, a lot of what we find is being posted solely on Flickr. TWE12VE 1st Birthday Round

This has been an insane month for me so far (among other things, I got evacuated for Hurricane Irma for several days!), but I am home, things are slowly getting back to normal and hopefully in another week or so, things will be back on track. I was extremely fortunate in that both family and home made it through the storm unscathed.

Right now, we have a peek at the TWE12VE event going on in SL. This is their birthday round, so in addition to all the lovely things their participating designers have put out, there are gifts galore available in the form of birthday presents for just 12L. This round's theme is magic, so expect lots of mystical goodness to abound. I did a quick hit and run on the event, scooping up the gifts to share on the blog, so if you see something you like, be sure to head over and check out the event - there are some amazing items for sale until the end of the month.
