Welcome!

Hi there and welcome to Freebie Hunters! One of our favorite pastimes in Second Life is scouting the grid for fantastic hunts, sales, events and gifts from all the wonderful creators. We thought we'd share the wealth and showcase some of our finds in this blog, with an emphasis on the goodies available in various SL events and hunts. We do our best to show ALL items from a hunt/event and in the manner the creator intended, but this is not always possible.

***UPDATE August, 2018- We are still finding freebie/nearly free items to share with you, but due to RL time constraints, a lot of what we find is being posted solely on Flickr. The Kinky Easter Egg Hunt: 41-end

This finishes up The Kinky Easter Egg Hunt for this year. I swept through the second half of the stores just as easily as the first half, thanks to the official blog and the way the coordinators kept it up to date with new LMs as stores moved and the latest information on stores to bypass. I hunted this half without TJay (who was having build issues, but that's another story...~LOL~), and while hunting as a team is easier because of the extra eyes and ways of interpreting the clues, this was not a bad hunt at all. The end date is close, but you should be able to get through it just fine before then.

The gifts were great and some of them really made me laugh when I was unpacking and trying them out, especially some of the RLV items. This was just a really fun hunt to do - the Easter theme is obvious but not over the top in many of the gifts and I came away with a list of new places to explore more fully when I get some down time. I enjoyed this hunt a lot, and you will too.
