SL Freebie Hunters: SL Discovery: "I Do" Hunt

I have to admit, I am a sucker when it comes to weddings and wedding related things - as long as its not MY wedding! =) I love seeing all the lacy, over the top dresses, the exquisitely detailed cakes and invitations, the endless choices of flowers, colors, and so forth. So, it goes without saying that I was excited to see another wedding-themed hunt coming up this month. TJay, on the other hand, was not so thrilled. There is only so much of listening to me exclaim over gowns that he can take before he needs a serious infusion of male-stuff, so he elected to sit this hunt out.

I ran through this hunt on the first day or so that it began, and so there are a few shops which were not ready on time, as happens with every hunt in the beginning. The official blog was great, providing hints and SLurls to get past that handful of places until everyone gets up to speed. The item you are looking for is a linked pair of golden rings, and some of the vendors were pretty creative in where they hid them. Out in plain sight apparently still works because we are all used to items being crammed into the tiniest spaces available! I had a lot of fun on this, and the coordinators did a fantastic job in getting together a great bunch of stores and keeping things smooth for the hunters. The gifts were gorgeous, there was great stuff for the men (the blog usually doesn't single out specific gifts from specific stores, but the tux from Avatar Bizarre was absolutely perfect!), and the stores a lot of fun to poke around in. Relax, enjoy the stores, and have a great time on this hunt!
