Hi there and welcome to Freebie Hunters! One of our favorite pastimes in Second Life is scouting the grid for fantastic hunts, sales, events and gifts from all the wonderful creators. We thought we'd share the wealth and showcase some of our finds in this blog, with an emphasis on the goodies available in various SL events and hunts. We do our best to show ALL items from a hunt/event and in the manner the creator intended, but this is not always possible.

***UPDATE August, 2018- We are still finding freebie/nearly free items to share with you, but due to RL time constraints, a lot of what we find is being posted solely on Flickr. The Wild Man Hunt

The Wild Man Hunt
Oh my....you guys who thought you could take a breather and slowly unpack your goodies from the last MenStuff Hunt had better get your butts in gear and prepare to dive back into another grid-wide hunt! The Wild Man Hunt kicked off on April 1st, and it has a TON of great stuff from well-known designers and a few places that were new to me. The clothes are awesome, the builds fantastic, and the hunt itself was a pleasure to do. One of the inherent dangers in doing a hunt in the first few days of its start is that there are inevitable bumps in the road, but we only ran into 2 stops where we had a problem - one had a hunt item out with an LM, but no gift, and one had no item out that we (or the other 12 people in the store) could find. Even so, getting to the next stop wasn't an issue, and we had a really good time on this hunt. So, ladies, grab your guys....guys, get into hunt mode...go find the W's!
