SL Freebie Hunters: Her Style Hunt

Welcome!

Hi there and welcome to Freebie Hunters! One of our favorite pastimes in Second Life is scouting the grid for fantastic hunts, sales, events and gifts from all the wonderful creators. We thought we'd share the wealth and showcase some of our finds in this blog, with an emphasis on the goodies available in various SL events and hunts. We do our best to show ALL items from a hunt/event and in the manner the creator intended, but this is not always possible.

***UPDATE August, 2018- We are still finding freebie/nearly free items to share with you, but due to RL time constraints, a lot of what we find is being posted solely on Flickr. Her Style Hunt

Last month was all about the boys with the His Style Hunt, and this month is all about the girls - a lovely collection of stores offering some adorable gifts for the ladies. And yes, for those of you rolling your eyes and thinking since when is a hunt *not* for the ladies...uh...shush and go with me here! =) I ran through the hunt on the first day it started, so I hit a couple of tiny snags, but nothing that couldn't be bypassed easily. By the time this is posted, in fact, I wouldn't be surprised if the kinks had already been smoothed out. The coordinators are right on top of this one and working hard to make it a fun little jaunt around SL. Their blog has hints and Slurls, and there is an in-world group for those who enjoy the more social aspects of hunting. There are some really cute outfits on the hunt, some gorgeous jewelry, and even an anim to help keep those legs sleek and sexy in your short shorts, so grab your girlfriends and give the Her Style Hunt a try - you'll have a great time.
